an integrative approach to healing & growth

The heart of my practice is integrative healing, an approach that combines my 7+ years of experience as a holistic mindset coach, 12+ years of somatic work as a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, and 4+ years of training in energy medicine and intuitive work. 

 I deeply believe that true healing and growth doesn’t happen in a silo.  In order to create true, meaningful change, we’ve got to address, work with, and heal all parts of our Selves: body, mind, and energy.

I struggled with mental health and self-love for over a decade. I tried to ignore the civil war waging inside of me for years, but the weight of my anxiety, shame, and self-judgment became too much to carry. I knew it was time to heal. My journey from anxiety to empowerment was powerful, challenging, and deeply fulfilling…and it wouldn’t have been possible without the somatic work, energy healing, and conscious coaching skills I learned along the way.
